IMD's Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO). After your PO is received and confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 24 hours. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship all orders using UPS for reliable and timely delivery. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order and are charged to the customer.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total cost of the order. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products ordered.
4. Drop Shipping
For drop-ship orders, an additional $15 drop-ship fee will be applied per order. This fee covers the processing and handling associated with drop-shipping directly to your specified location.
5. Sterile Product Shipping
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we take extra precautions in ensuring that all sterile products are carefully packed and shipped. We adhere to all necessary handling and shipping standards to maintain the integrity of these products.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that UPS delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your delivery. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates on your shipment's status.
